2010 marks the first century of Hitachi's operations. This is the second in a series of video documentaries recording the history of Hitachi, Ltd. It depicts the numerous adversities the company faced in the years soon after its founding, and how Hitachi, Ltd. went on to take up the challenge of major projects while constantly developing its own original technology.
